White-Chocolate Fondue

3 lb Plus 6 oz white chocolate;
2 1/2 c Heavy cream;
2 ts Grated orange zest;
x Fruit;

Chop chocolate. In a large pot, warm the cream over medium heat. Stir in the chocolate. Remove from heat and stir until smooth. Stir in the zest. Pour into a fondue pot set at lowest temperature, or serve in a pot on a warming tray set at lowest temperature. Serve with fresh fruit, such as pineapple, strawberries and grapes. MAKES 7. 5 cups.
