Chocolate Mint Coffee Mix

1/4 c Powdered Coffee Creamer
1/3 c Sugar
1/4 c Instant Coffee
2 tb Cocoa; Baking Cocoa
2 Hard Candy Peppermints; Broken Into Pieces

Put all ingredients into blender.

Blend on highest speed until well blended.

Use 1 level tablespoon of mix with 6 oz. boiling water for each cup. Stir well.

Yield: 14 (6 oz. servings)

NOTES : If desired, serve with dollop of whipped cream. For extra mint flavor serve each mug with peppermint stick.
