Chocolate Caramel Slice

1 c Self-rising flour; sifted
1 c Brown sugar
1 c Coconut
125 g Butter; melted
400 g Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
30 g Butter; extra
2 tb Golden syrup
150 g Nestle Cooking Chocolate; melted
20 g Vegetable shortening; melted

Combine first four ingredients, mix well. Press into greased 18 cm x 28 cm lamington pan. Bake in (180C) oven 10 minutes. Combine Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk, butter and golden syrup in a pan. Stir over medium heat until boiling, reduce heat, stir constantly further 5 minutes. Spread over base, bake further 10 minutes, cool. Combine Nestle Cooking Chocolate and shortening, spread over filling. Refrigerate until set.
