Chocolate Coconut Crust/for Ice Cream Pies

2 oz Unsweetened chocolate
2 tb Butter
1 c Confectioner's sugar
3 tb Hot water
1 1/2 c Coconut flakes

You can use this for filling with ice cream for a quick and delicious dessert or use it for other pies that do not have to be baked. Melt the chocolate and butter in a small saucepan over low heat. Mix the sugar and hot water together in a small bowl. Add chocolate mixture to the sugar, then stir in the coconut. Press the mixture firmly into a pie pan then chill well before using.
