Peanut Butter Chocolate Crust Pie Crust:
1 1/4 c Chocolate cookie crumbs
1/4 c Sugar
1/4 c Butter; melted
Filling:
8 oz Cream cheese; softened
1 c Creamy peanut butter
1 c Sugar
1 tb Butter; softened
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Heavy cream; whipped
Grated chocolate or chocolate cookie crumbs; optional
Combine crust ingredients; press into a 9 inch pie plate. Bake at
375 for 10 minutes; cool.
In a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese, peanut butter, sugar, butter
and vanilla until smooth.
Fold in whipped cream and gently spoon into crust.
Sprinkle with chocolate or cookie crumbs if deisred. Refrigerate.
