Splenda Chocolate Cake Brownies

2/3 c Splenda granular sugar substitute
2/3 c All purpose flour
2/3 c All purpose flour
1/3 c Cocoa
1 t Baking powder
1/4 t Salt
1/3 c Soft margarine
2 Eggs
1 t Vanilla
1/3 c Unsweetened applesauce
1/3 c Chopped walnuts

Combine splenda, flour, cocoa, baking powder and salt; set aside. In mixer bowl, beat margarine, eggs, and vanilla 1 minutes. Add applesauce and beat just until blended. Spread evenly in greased 8 inch square pan. Bake at 350F for about 15 minute or until tester inserted in centre comes out clean. Cool on rack. Store in covered container in refrigerator. Makes 16 brownies.
