Brownies 1 1/2 c Sugar
1 c All purpose flour
2/3 c Cocoa
1 c Butter or margarine, melted
3 Eggs, slightly beaten
1 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped nuts
Frosting:
1 c Powdered sugar
1/4 c Cocoa
1/4 c Butter or margarine, melted
2 tb Hot water
Grease and flour 9 inch square pan. Set aside. Preheat grill for 10
minutes. In medium mixing bowl, stir together sugar, flour and cocoa. Add
melted butter, eggs and vanilla. Mix well. Stir in choppped nuts. Pour
into prepared pan. Bake suing indirect medium heat 350 F with hood closed
until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean, 45-60 minutes. Cool.
FOR FROSTING:
In small mixing bowl, stir together powdered sugar and cocoa. Add melted
butter and hot water. Stir until smooth. Spread on cooled brownies. Cut
into 16 squares.
