Chocolate Peanut Butter Brownies 1/2 c Peanut butter; creamy or crunchy
1/4 c Butter; softened
1 c Firmly packed light brown sugar
1 ts Vanilla extract
1 c Self-rising flour
1 c Semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 300 degrees (F). In a
medium-sized bowl, with an electric beater on medium speed, beat the
peanut butter, butter, and brown sugar until light and fluffy. Add
the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Blend in
the vanilla, then beat in the flour. Fold in the chocolate chips
until well combined. Spread the batter evenly into an 8-inch square
baking pan that has been coated with nonstick baking spray. Bake for
45 to 50 minutess, or until golden. Remove from the oven and place
the pan on a wire rack. Allow to cool completely before cutting.
