Chocolate Chunk Bread

2 Eggs, lightly beaten
1 c Mashed ripe bananas
1/3 c Parkay margarine, melted
1/4 c Milk
2 c All-purpose flour
1 c Sugar
2 ts Baking powder
1/4 ts Salt
8 Squares semi-sweet chocolat,
Coarsely chopped
1/2 c Chopped nuts (opt)
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/2 ts Cinnamon

Heat oven to 350 F. Stir eggs, banana, margarine and milk until well blended. Add flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; stir just until moistened. Stir in chocolate and nuts. Pour into greased 9 x 5 inch (23 x 13 cm) loaf pan. Combine brown sugar and cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of batter. Bake for 60 minutes or until wooden pick insserted comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan; finish cooling on rack.
