7-minute Microwave Pickles

2 c. cucumbers
1 med. onion
1 med. bell pepper
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/4 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. mustard seed
1/2 tsp. salt

Microwave on high for 4 minutes. Stir, cook 4 minutes more. Pour into jars and seal.
