Baked Chocolate Mousse

9 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 stick butter
5 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. whipping cream
2/3 c. sugar

Melt chocolate and butter in microwave. Cool. Mix eggs, vanilla. Add chocolate mixture. Whip cream and add sugar. Blend together. Pour into 8 inch pan and place in larger pan with 1 inch of water. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes. Mixture will puff up and crack. Serve with ice cream scoop. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
