Chocolate Mousse Surprise

1 angel food cake
1 pkg. Weight Watchers chocolate mousse pudding mix
5 oz. skim milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
10 strawberries, optional

Mix milk and vanilla in deep bowl. Add mousse mix beat on high 3 minutes with mixer. Slice angel food cake in half crosswise put 1/3 pudding on half cake. Ice put top half on finish icing. Slice strawberries in half garnish top of cake. Refrigerate
