Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Cheesecake 1 1/2 c. finely crushed Oreos
2 tbsp. margarine, melted
2 tbsp. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs, added 1 at a time
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sour cream
1/3 c. raspberry preserves
6 oz. chocolate chips, melted
Press Oreos and melted margarine into bottom of 9 inch spring form pan. Combine in a blender cream cheese, sugar, eggs, vanilla, and sour cream and blend well. Pour 3/4 of the above over crust. To remaining mix, add: raspberries and melted chocolate chips. Drop rounded tablespoons over batter or just pour as a layer (don't swirl). Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
