2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. shortening
2/3 c. milk
Pinch of salt

Cook for 3 minutes at boiling. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla and stir let set and stir occasionally until thickened and spread on cake. *You may put in refrigerator to hurry the process.
