Mousse Au Chocolate

1 c. (6 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate pieces
5 tbsp. boiling water
4 eggs, separated
2 tbsp. dark rum

Put chocolate pieces into blender and blend on high speed for 6 seconds. Scrape down sides of blender. Add boiling water and blend on high speed for 10 seconds. Add egg yolks and rum. Blend 3 seconds or until smooth. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in chocolate mixture. Spoon into individual serving dishes and chill 1 hour before serving.
