Seven Layer Chocolate Cake

5 eggs
2 c. of sugar
1/2 c. of oil
1 stick melted butter
Vanilla flavoring, dark
2 3/4 c. of self rising flour
1/2 c. of buttermilk

Mix the eggs and sugar until very fine and then add oil and other items. Add 2 tablespoons of vanilla flavoring. Pour in shallow fryer and bake at 450 degrees until light brown. "This should make 7 layers". See icing recipe for "icing".
