White Christmas

1 lb. white chocolate
3 c. Cheerios
3 c. rice chex cereal
3 c. corn chex cereal
1 lb. M & M candies
2 c. peanuts
2 c. broken pretzels

Melt chocolate in top of double boiler. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well. Cool on wax paper; store in airtight container.
