Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookies 1 c Prune puree; or prepared prune butter
3/4 c Sugar
3/4 c Brown sugar; packed
3 lg Egg whites
1 ts Vanilla
2 1/4 c Flour
1 ts Baking soda
1 ts Salt
2 c Semisweet chocolate pieces, (12 oz.)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Coat baking sheets with vegetable cooking spray; set aside. In a large bowl, beat prune puree or prune butter, sugars, egg whites, and vanilla to blend thoroughly. In a small bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt. Stir dry ingredients into prune mixture, mix completely. Stir in chocolate pieces. Drop tablespoonful onto prepared baking sheets; flatten slightly.
