Chocolate Angel Dessert 12 Ounces chocolate chips
2 Tablespoons sugar
3 Egg yolks -- well beaten
3 Egg whites -- stiffly beaten
2 Cups heavy cream -- whipped
1 Small angel food cake
Melt chocolate chips in top of double boiler or in Microwave bowl. Add sugar and egg yolks. Mix well. Remove from heat and add stiffly beaten egg whites. Cool. Fold in heavy cream, whipped. Tear cake into bite-size pieces. Sprinle 1 layer of cake, about half, over bottom of buttered 13x9" pan. Cover with half of chocolate mixture. Repeat. Chill overnight. Cut into squares to serve.
