Chocolate Raspberry Roll

1/3 c Raspberry jam
1 c Heavy cream; whipped
15 Chocolate wafer cookies; (vanilla wafers may be substituted)
1/2 c Chopped nuts; (walnuts, pecans, or your choice)

Fold rapberry jam gradually into whipped cream. Spread wafers with mixture, arrange in piles to form a roll and cove top and sides with remaining filling. Sprinkle with chopped nuts and freeze about 3 hours. Cut roll into diagonal slices and serve on individual plates. Serves 4.
