Banana Chocolate Chip Muffins

1 c White sugar
1/2 c Vegetable oil
2 Eggs
3 md Bananas
3 tb Sour cream
1 ts Baking soda
2 c All-purpose flour
1/2 c Chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. With electric mixer, beat sugar and oil. Add eggs, then bananas. Beat thoroughly.

Dissolve soda in sour cream. Turn mixer to low speed and slowly add sour cream mixture to banana mixture.

Sift in flour and stir gently until just blended. Mix in chocolate chips.

Fill greased muffins cups -- to the top. This recipe makes large muffins. Bake for 20 - 25 minutes.
